Laura Murray has always been musically gifted. From a young age, she was singing, performing, and playing a variety of instruments - mainly piano. Now she is passionate about developing her technical musical skills and theoretical knowledge and achieving the next level of success. Laura Murray - is a UK based Artist who is the next up and coming big thing. 

A Paisley, Scotland born Singer/Songwriter with a pop-orientated, soul twist to her musical creations. She is gaining a bigger fanbase day by day and now has over 8k fans on her Facebook music page and over 17k on her Instagram music page! With her debut single - Livin' Again - Laura's lyrical content delves into the delicate discussions and mortality surrounding cancer-survival; showing that Laura has no fear in addressing some serious topics with her music, topics which strike home most sincerely, for many. 

Laura was a Top 20 Girls finalist on the 2015 series of the X Factor; an outstanding accomplishment for anyone to experience. Since then, Laura has been thoroughly studying songwriting and perfecting her craft, readying herself to present her art to the world! In June 2018, she performed her original song at Wembley Arena in London and received a standing ovation from the crowd! She is currently in the process of writing an album.

In November 2018, Laura was flown to Munich with her band, Germany alongside successful artist JP Cooper to represent the UK in Project Aloft Star 2018. She performed her original music for JP Cooper and many industry professionals including representatives from Universal Music Group. This was an incredible experience for her.

Live music performances are definitely a place where Laura shines, and we want to give her as many opportunities as possible to be able to do so. Support for a striving independent music artist whom at 22 years old, is only just at the beginning of her promising career - is definitely what we are pushing for.  Since coming back from Munich, she has been played on Ukraine radio and played various more gigs across Scotland.

She has a new single coming out very soon within the next couple of months - and another on the way after this. She is in the running to play at the 'Isle of Wight Festival' in June 2019. This would be a massive opportunity and a fantastic step forward in her music career. It would be a wonderful experience for her as an artist to grow and prosper within her career. She would be playing her original music to large crowds which would be the test of her career too. Laura has more than 10 original songs all of the singer/songwriter & pop genre, and she always performs many contrasting covers within similar genres, including Anne Marie, and even Cher classics.

On Instagram Laura connected with Dj ‘Fullife’ and he asked to collab. They released ‘Broken Heart’ in June 2019 that is currently sitting on 1 million streams and was featured on playlists playlist’s such as top 50 in Germany on Spotify alone. They later released ‘Problems’ that has currently reached 1 million streams too on Spotify.

Laura released her debut E.P ‘Memories’ in August 2020 where she combines four stunning tracks called; ‘You’, ‘Proud’, ‘Daughter’ and ‘Livin’ Again’. These tracks showcase Laura’s elegant, passionate and mature song writing skills incorporated with the stunning musicianship of her band.
